About the event
Tom is head of Alpines, Aquatics and the Rock Garden at RBG Kew, and Jess is the Glasshouse Manager at Chelsea Physic Garden. They’ll be telling us all about how they’ve built their careers in horticulture and what sort of work they do in their current positions at two fascinating and very prestigious institutions, with time for Q&As with each of them.
Together with other staff members from Chelsea Physic Garden, we’ll also be treated to a special tour of the propagation facilities and behind the scenes insights such as the seed storage and records system.
This event is for anyone interested in starting a career or already working in horticulture. Our mission is to aid the dissemination of propagation knowledge through the generations; to encourage more young horticulturalists into propagation and nursery roles; and to inspire learning of all areas of the natural world.
We want everyone to be able to access these events and as such, tickets to this event are free. But sign up quickly as we are limited to 20 places!
